National Sales Tax Rebates or Pre-bates

(1) The word “rebate” is used in the Bill, but it is not accurate. The money is given at the beginning of the month. It is not your money that is given back to you as a rebate. It is taxpayers' money given at the beginning of the accounting period.

(2) Is the pre-bate 23% are 30%? The Bill says 30%. The advocates say 23%. Will the Supreme Court have to answer that question?

(3) Does each taxpayer receive the same amount of pre-bate money? No. A single person receives the most money. The larger the family the less each person receives.

(4) What is the pre-bate large enough to purchase? A single person will be given enough money to purchase a $6.58 meal each day. People in a family will receive a cheaper meal, the larger the family, the cheaper the meal.

(5) Under a 30% sales tax and without a pre-bate: What is the effective wealth-received tax rate on the incoming wealth of a low-wealth-receiving person? Answer: 23%.

(6) Under a 30% sales tax and with a pre-bate: What is the effective wealth-received tax rate on the incoming wealth of a low-wealth-receiving person? Answer: 23%.

Fair Tax: Analysis By
99-Percentile-IQ

At Your Level of: IQ, Education, & Morality -
which tax do you consider fair?

1. Current Income Tax - a plot of tax rates and incomes produces a negatively accelerating curve. Think - what does that mean?
2. Flat Tax - poor people and rich people pay the same 19% income tax rate.
3. Value-Added Tax - a variable sales tax rate, the higher the companies’ profits, the higher your sales tax rate.
4. National Sales Tax - a 30% tax on all services and new products. Raises the effective income tax rate for poor people. Lowers the effective income tax rate for rich people. Unemployed, retired, and sick people pay the tax.
5. The New, Straight-Line Tax - a plot of tax rates and incomes produces a straight line. Lowers taxes for 95 million returns, and raise the taxes for 1 million high-income returns. All additions to wealth are taxed with the same rate scale regardless of the source - you work, someone else works (capital gains), inherited, gift, stole, or found.
